1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a	Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and
n	Persons) Regulations 2002 to replace the National
o	Crime Authority with the Chief Executive Officer

la	prescribed person for the purposes of section
is	151(3)(b) of the Casino Control Act 1991.
