Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and

Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to vary the Schedule of prescribed persons and authorities to whom information may be divulged under section 151(3)(b) of the Casino Control Act 1991.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections
151(3)(b) and 167 of the Casino Control Act

1991.

3. Amendment of Schedule

In the Schedule to the Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons) Regulations 19921, after "Queensland Police Service" insert—

Casino Control (Prescribed Authorities and Persons)
(Amendment) Regulations 1996
