2 Casino Control (Games) Amendment (No. 1) No. 179, 1993 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Casino Control (Games) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This notice commences on 1 June 1993. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF NOTICE ˙ Amended notice 3. The Casino Control (Games) Notice 1985 is amended as set out in this notice. ˙ Amendment of s.2 (Notice of games as casino games) 4. Section 2(k)— omit. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF RULES ˙ Amended rules 5. The Rules of the Casino Games 1985 are amended as set out in this Part.

Rule 31.3— omit, insert— ‘31.3 If— (a) the “Player’s Hand” requires a third card to be dealt to it; and (b) the “Banker’s Hand” requires a third card to be dealt to it; the “Player’s Hand” is to be dealt to first. ’. ˙ Omission of Divisions 13 and 14 8.
