Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of

Employees) Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Casino Control (Burswood Island)
(Licensing of Employees) Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Casino Control (Burswood Island)
(Licensing of Employees) Regulations 1985.

5.	Regulation 15 amended In regulation 15(2a)(b) delete "the annexures to the" and insert:
any relevant R. KENNEDY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4(2)(c) delete "passport; and" and insert:

passport, or where any other documents are approved by the those documents; and
