Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
I. Citation
These regulations are the Casino Control (Burswood Island)
(Licensing of Employees) Amendment Regulations 2012.
$426; and
2. Commencement
These rei.ulations come into operation as follows
(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b)
the rest of the regulations on I January 2013. 3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Casino Control (Burswood Island)
(Licensing 0/Employees) Regulations 1985.
4. Regulation 6 amended
(1) In regulation 6(1): (a) in paragraph (a) delete "$415; and' and insert:
