Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of
Employees) Amendment Regulations 2004
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Casino Control
(Burswood Island) (Licensing of Employees) Amendment
Regulations 2004.2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Casino Control
(Burswood Island) (Licensing of Employees)

3. Regulation 4 amended
Regulation 4(5) is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted instead —
“
(5) The Chief Casino Officer shall not issue a casino key
employee licence unless (if the Chief Casino Officer so
requires) fingerprints, palm prints and such other
means of identifying the applicant as are appropriate to
the type of employment or work to be carried out have
been taken.
”.
4. Regulation 5 amended
(1) Regulation 5(4) is amended by deleting “and, where applicable,
palm prints which were” and inserting instead —“ or palm prints which may have been ”. (2) Regulation 5(5) is amended by deleting “and, where
applicable,” and inserting instead —“ or ”. By Command of the Governor,
