AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of

Employees) Amendment Regulations 1998.
Principal regulations

2.In these regulations the Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of Employees)

Regulations 1985* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 11 amended

3. (1) After regulation 11(1) of the principal regulations the following subregulation is

inserted —

(la) A casino key employee or casino employee shall, other than where an exemption under subregulation (2) applies in relation to the employee, wear a form of individual identification approved by the Commission in such a manner as to be readily visible to other persons in the Casino.

Penalty: $500.

(2) Regulation 11 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

"subregulation (1)" the following —

" and the employee from the requirements of subregulation (1a) ".
