CASINO CONTROL (BURSWOOD ISLAND) (LICENSING OF EMPLOYEES)

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Burswood Island)

(Licensing of Employees) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Casino Control (Burs wood Island) (Licensing of
Employees) Regulations 1985* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended
3. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (4)

by deleting—

"be—

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

(c)

taken and recorded by an officer of the Police Force; and

(d) retained by the Chief Casino Officer."

and substituting the following-

" be taken and recorded by an officer of the Police Force for the purposes

of an investigation under regulation 5. ".

Regulation 5 amended

4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

subregulation (3) the following subregulations- 44

(4) Upon the completion or discontinuance of an investigation under this regulation the Commissioner of Police shall return any fingerprints and, where applicable, palm prints which were taken and recorded, and retained for the purposes of that investigation, to the Chief Casino Officer for destruction.

(5) The Chief Casino Officer shall, as soon as practicable, upon the return of any fingerprints and, where applicable, palm prints cause their destruction. ".
