Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Burswood Island)

(Licensing of Employees) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Regulation 19 amended

2. Regulation 19 of the Casino Control (Burswood Island) (Licensing of

Employees) Regulations 1991* is amended—

(a) in subregulation (1) (c) by inserting before "the" the following—

subject to subregulation (la) "; and

(b) by inserting after subregulation (1) the following subregulation—

(la) Notwithstanding subregulation (1) (c) the Chief Casino Officer may, with the approval of the Commission, issue a provisional licence where an applicant is known to have committed an offence punishable by imprisonment. ".
