The object of this Regulation is to fix the casino supervisory levy for the 2013–2014 financial year and regulation-making power).

Casino Control Amendment (Supervisory Levy) Regulation 2013

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Casino Control Amendment (Supervisory Levy) Regulation
2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 October 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Casino Control Regulation 2009

Clause 56A

Insert after clause 56:

56A Casino supervisory levy: section 115A
(1) The casino supervisory levy for the 2013–2014 financial year is
$6,820,000.
(2) The levy is to be paid by means of electronic funds transfer to an
account nominated in writing by the Authority.
(3) The levy is to be paid in the following instalments:
(a) an amount of $2,844,000 is to be paid on or before 1 November 2013,
(b) an amount of $568,000 is to be paid on or before the first day of each of the subsequent 7 months of that financial year.
