(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

In regulation 18 in the Table delete item 11 and insert:
11. | 33(1) | Failure of casino licensee to comply with a direction given under section 15(2) or (4), 21O(1), 21T(1), 22(3) or 24(1) or (2) of the Act —
