Casino Control Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Casino Control Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Casino Control
Regulations 1999*.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4 is amended by deleting "$110." and inserting instead —

" $115. ".
