Casino Control Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Casino Control
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 October 2001.

3.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4 of the Casino Control Regulations 1999* is amended by deleting "$100." and inserting instead —

" $105. ".
