Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are to fix the casino supervisory levy for the 2014–2015 financial year and regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Casino Control Amendment (Casino Supervisory Levy)
Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 September 2014 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Casino Control Regulation 2009
(1) Clause 56A, heading Insert “2013–2014” after “levy”.
(2) Clause 56B Insert after clause 56A:
56B Casino supervisory levy 2014–2015: section 115A
(1) The casino supervisory levy for the 2014–2015 financial year is
$6,990,500.(2) The levy is to be paid by means of electronic funds transfer to an
account nominated in writing by the Authority.(3) The levy is to be paid in the following instalments:
(a) an amount of $1,747,622 is to be paid no later than 1 September 2014, (b) an amount of $582,542 is to be paid on or before the first day of each of the subsequent 9 months of that financial year. (4) This clause does not apply to a restricted gaming licence.
