CASINO CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT 1997 NO 137—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Casino Control Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	14 January 1998 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1 [4] and [8]) commences, and
(b)	1 February 1998 as the day on which Schedule 1 [4] and [S] to that Act commence.
