His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has

made the following Regulation under the Casino Control Act 1992.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to require a casino operator to notify the Minister of the particulars of any employee who is paid $150,000 or more per year (at present, the amount is set at $100,000).

This Regulation is made under the Casino Control Act 1992, including the definition of “minor change" in section 35 (1).

2 Amendment of Casino Control Regulation 1995

The Casino Control Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

(Clause 2)

Schedule 2 Description of minor change in state of affairs of a casino operator

Omit “$100,000” from Item 6 of Schedule 2.
Insert instead "$150,000".
