His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Casino Control Act 1992.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to exempt contracts relating wholly or partly to the conduct of games of Keno by a licensee under the Public LotteriesAct

1996 in the casino from the provisions relating to controlled contracts in

Division 2 of Part 3 of the Casino Control Act 1992. section 36.

Clause 9 Certain contracts not controlled contracts

Insert after clause 9 (2 ) (b):

( c ) contracts relating wholly or partly to the conduct of games of Keno by a licensee under the Public

Lotteries Act 1996 in the casino.
