His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Casino Control Act 1992.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to add the Director of Liquor and Gaming (an officer with regulatory and enforcement functions under the Liquor Act 1982 and the Registered Clubs Act 1976) to the list of persons or authorities

to whom information acquired by a person in the exercise of functions under

the Casino Control Act 1992 may be divulged. sections 148 (2) and 170 (the general regulation making power).

Information) Regulation 1996.

This Regulation commences on 1 August 1996.
