I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Cash Transaction Reports Act 1988.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 31 January 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Cash Transaction Reports Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Renumbering of regulations 2a, 2b, 2c and 3

3.1 Regulations 2a, 2b, 2c and 3 are respectively renumbered 12, 13, 14 and 15.
