1          Commencement

            This instrument commences on 18 November 2010.

Note  In accordance with subregulation 5 (3) of AsR 2007, this instrument has been published in NOTAM. The determination made by this instrument will be given further effect under the Aeronautical Information Publication – Designated Airspace Handbook, and related Determination of airspace and controlled aerodromes etc to be published on18 November 2010.

2          Determination of a controlled aerodrome

             I determine that the following aerodrome is a controlled aerodrome:
