Designation of air routes

Determination of conditions for use of air routes

1          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on 28 June 2012.

Note   The instrument was published in the AIP Designated Airspace Handbook on 28 June 2012. The instrument is a legislative instrument and it was registered before it commenced.

2          Revocation

                 Instrument CASA OAR 153/11 is revoked.

3          Designation of air routes

                 I designate the air routes in Australian-administered airspace described in Schedule 2.

4          Determination of conditions for use of air routes

                 I determine that the conditions that apply to the use of a designated air route are the restrictions and limitations for each air route that are indicated by the codes, prefixes and legends used for the air route as explained in Schedule 1.
