Revocation of determination of conditions for use of air routes

1          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on 30 May 2013.

Note   The instrument was published in a NOTAM on 30 May 2013. The instrument is a legislative instrument and it was registered before it commenced.

2          Revocation

                 Instrument CASA OAR 141/12 is revoked.

Note   CASA no longer formally designates air routes and airways. However, for guidance, air routes and airways continue to appear in the Designated Airspace Handbook (the DAH), published by Airservices Australia.
