Exemption — display of markings

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of October 2012.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to the Cessna M337B aeroplane, serial number 337M0420, bearing the nationality and registration marks VH-OTU.

3          Exemption

The aircraft is exempt from compliance with the requirements of subparagraph 45.065 (3) (b) (ii) of CASR 1998.

4          Conditions

             (1) The nationality and registration marks of the aircraft must be painted on the vertical tail with 1 set on the outer side of each of its outermost surfaces in characters that are at least 50 millimetres high.

            (2) The aircraft must not display any other mark or symbol that could create confusion about the marks displayed on the aircraft as its markings, including but not limited to a USAF marking.
