Exemption — flight instructor (aeroplane) rating

1           Duration

                This instrument:

(a)     commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)     stops having effect at the end of 31 March 2010.

2           Application

                This instrument applies to Zhen Yuan Jezreel Mok, Aviation Reference Number 769364, in relation to the requirements for the issue of ratings.

3           Exemption

Zhen Yuan Jezreel Mok is exempt from compliance with regulations 5.14, 5.16 and 5.18 of CAR 1988 to the extent mentioned in Schedule 1.

4           Conditions

                The exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 2.

Schedule 1             Extent of exemption

The exemption extends only to the direction under regulation 5.14 of CAR 1988 that is contained in subparagraph 4.1 (f) of Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7.

Schedule 2             Conditions

                Zhen Yuan Jezreel Mok must hold:

(a) a certificate of validation issued in accordance with regulation 5.27 of CAR 1988; and

(b)     a Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes) and an instrument rating issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
