Exemption — application for restricted category supplemental type certificate for EADS CASA 212-400 aircraft

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of 30 June 2010.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to an application by Skytraders Pty Ltd, Aviation Reference Number 414306 (the operator), for a restricted category supplemental type certificate for EADS CASA 212-400 aircraft with nationality and registration marks VH-VHA and VH-VHB (the aircraft).

3          Exemption — relating to carriage of passengers

             This instrument exempts the operator of each of the aircraft from meeting the requirements of:

(a) subregulation 21.025 (1) of CASR 1998; and

(b) subregulation 21.115 (1) of CASR 1998.
