Exemption — standards for GNSS navigation equipment (National Jet Express Pty Ltd)

1          Duration

                 This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day of registration; and

(b)   is repealed at the end of 30 April 2019.

2          Application

                 This instrument applies to the aircraft mentioned in Schedule 1 operated by National Jet Express Pty Ltd, Aviation Reference Number 580965.

3          Exemption

                 A person using the aircraft mentioned in section 2 is exempt from compliance with paragraph 9D.4 of Civil Aviation Order 20.18.

4          Condition

                 The aircraft must be included in the effectivity list for any GNSS navigation equipment modification instructions listed in the service bulletin issued by the manufacturer of the aircraft type mentioned in column 1 of Schedule 1.

                 The aircraft of the aircraft type mentioned in column 1 with the registration mark in column 2 and the serial number in column 3 in the following table:
