Exemption — issue of export airworthiness approvals
1 Duration
This instrument:
(a) commences on the day after it is registered; and
(b) stops having effect at the end of June 2010.
2 Application
This instrument applies to the Sikorsky S76C aircraft with nationality and registration mark VH-BKS, serial number 760521 (the aircraft), currently in the Republic of Korea.
3 Exemption
Helicopter Resources Pty Ltd, the registered operator, is exempt from compliance with subregulation 21.329 (3) of CASR 1998 in relation to maintenance in accordance with a system of maintenance approved in accordance with Part 4A of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988.
4 Conditions
The exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1 Conditions
1 The aircraft must undergo maintenance in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Sikorsky S76C Airworthiness Limitations and Inspection Requirements (SA4047-76C-2-1).
2 The registered operator of the aircraft must ensure that the aircraft meets all the requirements of subregulation 21.183 (3) of CASR 1998.
