Exemption — supervision by approved agricultural (aeroplane) pilot

1          Application

            This instrument applies to Kelly Hamblin, Aviation Reference Number 586810 (the applicant).

2          Exemption

The applicant is exempt from compliance with directions made under regulation 5.18 of CAR 1988 to the extent mentioned in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1          Extent of exemption

            The exemption applies only to the requirement in paragraph 7.2 (1) of Civil Aviation Order 40.6 for the applicant to remain under the supervision of an approved agricultural (aeroplane) pilot for a minimum of 110 hours flight time logged on agricultural operations.
