Exemption — reweigh requirement

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on 1 September 2006; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of 31 October 2006.

2          Application

             This instrument applies to the Cessna 310R aircraft with nationality and registration marks VH-TLV (the aircraft), operated by Australasian Jet Pty Ltd (Aviation Reference Number 512798).

3          Exemption

The aircraft is exempt from compliance with subregulation 235 (1) of CAR 1988 to the extent mentioned in Schedule 1.

4          Condition

            The exemption is subject to the condition mentioned in Schedule 2.

Schedule 1          Extent of exemption

The exemption extends only to the direction under subregulation 235 (1) of CAR 1988 that is contained in paragraph 3.2 of Civil Aviation Order 100.7 for the interval at which the aircraft is to be reweighed or have its weight validated.

Schedule 2          Condition

            The aircraft may fly after 18 September 2006 only if it has been reweighed or had its weight validated.
