Exemption — Display of markings

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of July 2009.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to New Zealand Aerospace Industries CT/4A aeroplane, serial number 68, bearing the nationality and registration marks VH-CTV.

3          Exemption

The aircraft is exempt from compliance with the requirements of subparagraph 45.065 (3) (b) (ii) of CASR 1998.

4          Condition

            The nationality and registration marks of the aircraft must be painted on both sides of the aircraft’s stabiliser and in characters that are at least 50 millimetres high.
