Exemption — training and checking, and flight check system, approvals

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of 31 October 2006.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to Executive Airlines Pty Ltd, Aviation Reference Number 214672 (the operator), only for the Cessna 680 Sovereign aircraft with nationality and registration marks VH-EXG (the aircraft).

3          Exemption

The operator is exempt from compliance with the following provisions of CAR 1988:

(a)   subregulation 217 (3); and

(b)   subregulations 232 (2) and (5).
