Exemption — location of sets of markings

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of 31 May 2009.

2          Application

This instrument applies to all Cirrus SR series aircraft whose markings do not meet the minimum height, width and painting requirements of CASR 1998.

3          Exemption

The Cirrus SR series aircraft is exempt from compliance with the requirements of paragraph 45.045 (1) (a) of CASR 1998 in relation to the location of sets of markings.
