Exemption – carriage of flight data recorder – Pel-Air Aviation

1          Duration

This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day of registration; and

(b)   expires at the end of 31 December 2014, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.

2          Revocation

Instrument CASA EX80/13 is revoked.

3          Application

     This exemption applies to Pel-Air Aviation Pty Limited, Aviation Reference Number 227573 (the operator), in relation to the use of each aircraft mentioned in Schedule 1 (the aircraft).

4          Exemption

     The operator is exempt from compliance with subregulation 207 (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 in relation to the requirement for the aircraft to be equipped with an approved flight data recorder system in accordance with paragraph 6.1 of Civil Aviation Order 20.18.
