Exemption — night acrobatic flight

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences at the beginning of 23 March 2007; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of 23 March 2007.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to Robert Jay Carlton, the pilot in command of the Alisport SRL Silent‑IN jet glider N320AM (the aircraft), when participating in the night display at the Australian International Air Show 2007 at Avalon.

3          Exemption

The pilot in command of the aircraft is exempt from complying with the requirements of paragraph 155 (1) (a) of CAR 1988.
