Amendment of Exemptions — compliance with SIDs in the maintenance of Cessna aircraft

1          Duration

                 This exemption:

(a)commences on 30 June 2015; and

(b)expires on 1 July 2015, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.

2          Principal Instrument

                 For this instrument, CASA EX26/14 is the Principal Instrument.

3          Amendment of Principal Instrument

                 Schedule 1 amends the Principal Instrument.

(b)   expires at the end of 30 June 2016, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.

1A       Ceasing to have effect

                 This instrument ceases to have effect for a person mentioned in section 3, in respect of an aeroplane type/model mentioned in column 1 of the table in Schedule 1, at the end of the expiry date mentioned for the aeroplane type/model in column 3 of the table.
