Exemption — from compliance with subregulation 262AN(3) of CAR 1988

1          Duration

            This instrument:

            (a) comes into effect on the day after registration; and

            (b)            stops having effect at the end of April 2011.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to aircraft operated by Bert Umberto Filippi (the operator), Aviation Reference Number 405322, under special certificates of airworthiness issued in the limited category for special purpose operations mentioned in subregulation 21.189(3).

3          Exemption

The operator is exempt from compliance with subregulation 262AN(3) of CAR 1988.

4          Conditions

            The exemption is subject to the conditions in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1          Conditions

      1     The pilot in command of the aircraft must be the operator.

      2     The aircraft must be flown on exhibition flights only.

      3     The aircraft must not be used to carry passengers.
