Exemption — Hawker Pacific Pty Ltd – certification of maintenance

1           Duration

                This instrument:

(a)     commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)     stops having effect at the end of 31 December 2011.

2           Revocation

                Instrument CASA EX01/07 is revoked.

3           Application

                This instrument applies to a maintenance release issued for an aircraft by Hawker Pacific Pty Ltd (Hawker Pacific), Aviation Reference Number 038720.

4           Exemption

Hawker Pacific is exempt from the requirements of subregulation 43 (7) of CAR 1988.

5          Conditions

                The exemption is subject to the conditions in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1             Conditions

        1      The certification in the aircraft log book for completion of any maintenance must be made not later than 3 working days after the final certification in the records of Hawker Pacific.

        2      The entry in the log book must be made by a person authorised by Hawker Pacific.
