Exemption — use of ADS-B in aircraft operated Aerolineas Argentinas
1 Duration
This instrument:
(a) commences on the day after registration; and
(b) stops having effect at the end of July 2013.
2 Application
This instrument applies to the carriage of compliant Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) equipment by aircraft operated by Aerolineas Argentinas (the operator).
3 Exemption
The operator and the pilot in command are each exempt from compliance with the technical standards in Appendixes 4 and 5 to Civil Aviation Order 82.5, as they relate to the carriage of compliant ADS-B equipment in an aircraft mentioned in Schedule 1.
4 Conditions
The exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 2.

Schedule 2 Conditions
1 The pilot in command must not indicate ADS-B equipage on the flight plans for any of the aircraft.
2 The operator must provide CASA with a schedule of modification and a progress report as each aircraft in the schedule is modified to comply with ADS‑B requirements.
3 If an aircraft modification is delayed, the operator must provide CASA with an update of the schedule.
