Exemption — from provisions in Part 172 of CASR 1998
1 Duration
This instrument:
(a) commences on 1 February 2012; and
(b) stops having effect at the end of 31 January 2014.
2 Application
This instrument applies to:
(a) Airservices Australia (AA), Aviation Reference Number 202210; and
(b) each AA controller;
for an RNAV (RNP-AR) approach or departure by an RNP-capable aeroplane.
3 Exemption
AA and each AA controller are exempt from compliance with each of the provisions in Part 172 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR 1998) mentioned in Schedule 1 and to the extent mentioned for each of the provisions.
