Approval and direction — operations without an approved digital flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder

1          Duration

            This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   stops having effect at the end of June 2007.

2          Application

            This instrument applies to CASA C-212 aeroplane, serial number 318, with the nationality and registration marks VH-MQE (the aeroplane).

3          Approval

            A person may operate the aeroplane without an approved digital flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder.

4          Direction

            The aeroplane may only be used for the carriage of members of the Australian Defence Force engaged in parachute training that is conducted by the Parachute Training School.

Note   The aircraft must comply with all the other requirements of Civil Aviation Order 20.18.
