CASA 69/20 — Prescription and Approval of United Kingdom and Japan as Recognised Foreign States Instrument 2020

1          Name

                 This instrument is CASA 69/20 — Prescription and Approval of United Kingdom and Japan as Recognised Foreign States Instrument 2020.

2          Duration

(1)   This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

(2)   Subsections 3 (2) and 4 (2) are repealed at the end of 30 June 2021.

3          Prescription

(1)   For regulation 61.047 of CASR, United Kingdom is prescribed as a recognised foreign State.

(2)   For regulation 61.047 of CASR, Japan is prescribed as a recognised foreign State.

4          Approval

(1)  For subsection 7 of Civil Aviation Order 82.0 Instrument 2014, United Kingdom is approved as a recognised foreign State.

(2)  For subsection 7 of Civil Aviation Order 82.0 Instrument 2014, Japan is approved as a recognised foreign State.
