2          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

NoteThis instrument will be automatically repealed in accordance with section 48A of the Legislation Act 2003.

3          Repeal

                 Instrument number CASA 41/01(assigned the FRL number F2005B00565) is repealed.

Note   CASA 41/01 authorised Ross Alexander Howard, ARN 005819, to fly additional hours than otherwise permitted under Section 48.1 of the Civil Aviation Orders when piloting an aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of less than 5 700 kg in private operations.
