1          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day of registration.

2          Helicopters requiring a single-pilot type rating

                 For paragraph 61.060 (1) (a) of CASR 1998, for the Agusta Westland AW169 helicopter type, a single-pilot type rating is required.

3          Type rating — single-pilot helicopters

                 For subparagraph 61.060 (1) (b) (i) of CASR 1998, for the Agusta Westland AW169 helicopter type, the type rating that may be granted is AW169.
