1          Name

                 This instrument is CASA 14/22 — Prescription and Approval of Japan as a Recognised Foreign State Instrument 2022.

2          Duration

       This instrument:

(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and

(b)   is repealed at the end of 31 January 2024.

3          Prescription

       For regulation 61.047 of CASR, Japan is prescribed as a recognised foreign State.

4          Approval

       For the purposes of section 12.13 of the Part 133 Manual of Standards, Japan is approved as a recognised foreign State.
