Exclusion - Fokker F28 Mk 70 aircraft

1          Commencement

This instrument commences on 13 June 2012.

2          Application

This instrument applies to Fokker F28 Mk 70 aircraft (the aircraft) in relation to CASA airworthiness directives (ADs).

3          Exclusion

The aircraft is excluded from the operation of any of the ADs mentioned in schedule 1 current at the time of this instrument and as amended from time to time if it complies with State of Design Airworthiness directives issued for the aircraft.
