Approval  charter operations without autopilot

1 Duration

This instrument:

(a)commences on 1 April 2005; and

(b)ceases to have effect at the end of March 2006.

2 Application

This instrument applies to an aeroplane that:

(a)is an Australian aircraft in cargo only charter operations; and

(b)has a maximum take-off weight of less than 5 700 kg.

3 Approval

A person may use the aeroplane without an autopilot that meets the requirements of paragraph 4.1A of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.

Note   The aeroplane must comply with all other requirements of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
