APPROVAL UNDER SUBREGULATION 207(2)
I, FRANK RICHARD HAMILTON GRIMSHAW, a delegate of CASA:
(a) revoke instrument number CASA 51/98; and
(b)under subregulation 207 (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations, approve the operation of the aircraft bearing nationality and registration marks VH-LHH:
(i) with an approved flight data recorder system that retains its last 8 hours of recording; and
(ii)with an approved cockpit voice recorder system that retains its last 60 minutes of recording and complies with the requirements of subsection 2 of section 103.20 of the Civil Aviation Orders except for recording simultaneously on only 3 channels.
This approval is subject to both recorder systems being operated in accordance with paragraphs 6.3, 6.4 and 6.6 of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
