An Act to extinguish any right-of-way over the Carrington Bridge, at Newcastle, and its approaches ; to provide for the removal of the said bridge and approaches ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental

thereto. [20th December, 1912.]
Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative
authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may be cited as the " Carrington Bridge Removal

Act, 1912."

2 . Any right-of-way over the Carrington Bridge and its approaches is extinguished, and the Minister for Public Works may remove in such manner as he may think proper the said bridge and approaches as described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that bridge, constructed of timber on iron piles, extending in a southerly direction

from the southern end of Denison-street, municipality of Carrington, across Throsby Creek to the city of Newcastle, together with the roadways and embanked approache s to bridge, situated in the municipality of Carrington and city of Newcastle respectively. parish of Newcastle, county of Northumberland, Act
