1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Carrier Licence Conditions (OptiComm Co Pty Ltd) Declaration 2013 (Amendment No. 1 of 2018).

1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

1. Authority

This Declaration is made under subsection 63(5) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.

1. Variation

The Carrier Licence Conditions (OptiComm Co Pty Ltd) Declaration 2013 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to this Declaration.
