2 Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Amendment (No. 1) No. 155, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 2 (Fees) 4. Schedule 2— omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE 2 ´ ‘FEES section 32 ‘1.(1) The fee for an application for a licence or renewal of a licence is, if the vehicle specified in the licence is— $ (a) not more than 8 t GVM . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Amendment (No. 1) No. 155, 1992 ‘(2) If more than 1 vehicle is specified in the licence, the fee prescribed in subclause (1) is payable in respect of each vehicle specified. ‘2. The fee for the issue of a certificate of authorisation is $13.70. ‘3. The fee for a certified copy of a licence or certificate of authorisation is $10.70. ‘4.
